Across the Yadkin
The Side of Forsyth County We Can Actually Cover Well
Forsyth County is the largest market we serve, and we are deliberate about where in it we work. Our shop is in Bermuda Run, just across the Yadkin River, which puts Clemmons, Lewisville, Pfafftown and the west and southwest side of Winston-Salem a few minutes away. We cover the whole county, and for new construction and builder work we travel much farther still.
We would rather tell you that than claim the whole county equally. A company that says it covers everything from Tobaccoville to Kernersville to Walkertown with the same response is usually describing its advertising rather than its trucks. If you are on the east side of the county, call and we will give you a straight answer about whether we are the right fit.
What makes Forsyth interesting is the range. A Buena Vista house from the 1920s, a mid-century Sherwood Forest ranch, a late-1990s Clemmons subdivision, and a new Brookberry Farm build are four completely different service calls. Having HVAC, plumbing, and electrical under one license matters more here than anywhere else we work, because in the older homes those jobs run into each other constantly.

What Forsyth County Throws at Us
The widest range of housing stock in the Triad, from pre-war homes to houses still under construction.
Central air in houses built before it existed
Pre-war Winston-Salem homes have no natural place for ductwork, and the compromises made decades ago to force it in are often the real problem. Fixing the airflow frequently matters more than replacing the equipment — and costs considerably less.
Panels never sized for today's load
Early wiring and undersized panels are common in the oldest neighborhoods. Breakers tripping on a space heater or a window unit is a capacity problem, not a breaker problem, and we will tell you what it genuinely takes to fix.
Subdivisions aging together
Clemmons was built out in concentrated waves, so whole streets reach replacement age at once. Knowing where your system actually stands beats finding out in the first week of August.
Crawlspace ductwork
A great many Forsyth County homes run ducts through crawlspaces, where insulation sags, joints separate, and animals get in. The symptom is rooms that never get comfortable and a bill that climbs — usually fixable without touching the equipment.

Forsyth County — Common Questions
Do you serve all of Forsyth County?
Yes. Clemmons, Lewisville, Pfafftown, Kernersville, Rural Hall and Winston-Salem are all in our service area. We are on the western and southwestern side most days simply because that is closest to our shop in Bermuda Run, but the whole county is ours to cover. Call with your address and we will tell you what we can schedule.
Do you cover Kernersville?
Yes. Kernersville is in our service area for heating and cooling, plumbing and electrical, and we work there regularly. For new construction and builder projects we travel well beyond it.
Which part of Winston-Salem do you work in?
The west and southwest side, which is what is reachable from our shop. Buena Vista, Brookberry Farm, Sherwood Forest, Century Oaks, Bent Tree Farm, Reynolda Park and the Forsyth Country Club area along Country Club Road are all squarely in our area. Our Winston-Salem page has the full neighborhood list.
Is it one company for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical?
Yes. NC contractor license #15782 covers our HVAC and plumbing work and NC electrical contractor license #29978 covers our electrical work, all in-house with full liability insurance. In Forsyth County's older homes that matters more than it sounds, because the jobs tend to cross trades.
Do you work on older homes or only newer construction?
Both, and older homes are a large share of our Forsyth County work. The right answer in a pre-war house is often improving what is already there rather than tearing it out, and we will tell you when that is the case instead of quoting a replacement.
