Forsyth County, NC
Across the River, and Close Enough to Matter
Clemmons sits directly across the Yadkin River from our shop in Bermuda Run — a few minutes on I-40. It is one of the largest communities we serve and, between the established subdivisions and the newer construction along Harper and Lasater, one of the steadiest.
Clemmons has a particular pattern worth knowing about: it was built out in waves. Whole subdivisions went up within a few years of each other, which means the HVAC systems in them were installed within a few years of each other too. When one house on the street needs a new system, several of its neighbors are usually within a season or two of the same conversation.
That is useful information rather than a sales pitch. If your system is original to a 1990s Clemmons build, you are not in trouble yet — but you are at the stage where a maintenance plan and an honest assessment are worth more than a reactive emergency call in August. We will tell you where yours actually stands.

One Call for All Three Trades
Most Clemmons homeowners keep three different numbers for this. You only need ours — the same licensed company handles your heating and cooling, your plumbing, and your electrical.
Heating & Cooling
AC and furnace repair, heat pump service and replacement, duct work, maintenance plans, and indoor air quality. NC Contractor License #15782.
Plumbing
Clogged drains and active water leaks are what we get called for most — along with water heaters, fixtures, toilets, and supply line repairs. Covered under the same NC license #15782.
Electrical
Panel and breaker work, outlets and switches, fixtures and ceiling fans, dedicated circuits, and troubleshooting. NC Electrical Contractor License #29978.
What Comes Up Most in Clemmons
Dense subdivisions, crawlspace construction, and a housing stock that was largely built in a few concentrated waves.
Whole streets at replacement age at once
When a subdivision went up over three years, its systems age together. That is not a reason to replace early — but it is a reason to know your system's real condition before it fails on the hottest day of the year.
Crawlspace ductwork
A lot of Clemmons homes run ducts through crawlspaces, where insulation sags, joints separate, and rodents get in. You feel it as rooms that never get comfortable and a bill that keeps climbing. It is usually fixable without touching the equipment.
Drain lines in older subdivisions
Recurring slow drains in an established neighborhood are often a main line issue rather than a fixture issue. Clearing the same sink four times is a sign to look further down the line.
Undersized panels in 1980s and 1990s homes
A panel sized for a 1990 house is now running a bigger HVAC system, a hot tub, a shop, and possibly a car charger. We assess capacity before adding to it.

Clemmons — Common Questions
How fast can you get to Clemmons?
Clemmons is a few minutes across I-40 from our Bermuda Run shop, so it is well inside our core area. For an emergency, submit a request or call and we will take it and get back to you as soon as we can rather than queueing it. For non-emergency work, we will often fit you in the same day if a technician is already on this side of town or a scheduled call can be moved — and if it genuinely cannot happen today, we will say so instead of guessing at a window.
Do you cover plumbing and electrical in Clemmons too?
Yes, all three trades in-house. NC contractor license #15782 covers HVAC and plumbing; NC electrical contractor license #29978 covers electrical. Clogged drains and water leaks are among our most common plumbing calls, and panel, circuit, and fixture work are standard electrical jobs for us.
Which Clemmons neighborhoods do you serve?
All of them, and all of 27012. Waterford, Salem Glen, Milburn, Stonebriar, Fair Oaks, Barrington Oaks, Peppertree, Lasater Downs, Meadowbrook, and Clemmons West are where we are most often, along with the rest of the Village of Clemmons.
My system is original to the house and about 20 years old. Should I replace it now?
Not automatically. We will inspect it and give you an honest read on what it has left, what it would cost to keep running, and what a replacement would actually save you. Plenty of twenty-year-old systems have a few good seasons left, and we will tell you when yours does. You get the number in writing before any work begins.
