Kenyon and his crew are fantastic. Always prompt, thorough, fair and professional. We’ve used them several times now and their service has always been first rate. He even sent a crew member to concord to get a part for our upstairs AC because it was Thursday and it wouldn’t ship until Monday. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough.
Our technicians were absolutely excellent! They were able to immediately identify the problem and communicated with us very well about it! They were very timely and went to great lengths to get us the parts we needed! They also installed them quickly! We actually had a different company come out and try to fix it prior to us contacting K&W and we could immediately tell that they guys at K&W were far superior! I highly recommend going with them if you’re having HVAC issues !
I called late on a Sunday night during peak air conditioning season because my elderly parents' house was at 84 degrees. The K&W team was able to send a technician out the following day, who quickly identified the issue and completed the repair, along with some preventative maintenance that would save another trip. I really appreciate the quick and professional service that K&W was able to provide to my family and would recommend them without any hesitation.
My wife and I had a new unit installed 2 years ago. We thought our problems were fixed however it was the start of a nightmare that finally ended when we hired K &W services. We had to replace the 2 year old "new" unit including all duct work, pipes and wiring with brand new furnace, and AC unit. The team at K&W were the best. Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. A repair-first company has a harder sales pitch than one that leads with replacements. We talk a customer out of a new system fairly often, and the only way anyone knows that is true before they call us is that other people in Davie, Davidson, and Forsyth counties have said so.
